The images provided in our Photo Packs are multi-exposure high dynamic range (HDR) images in jpg format. Images are sized at 2048 x 1536 pixels, a 4:3 (height:width) aspect ratio and ready for MLS upload. If you prefer something different, please let us know in advance.
We also offer "Flambient" (flash and ambient) images which provide more accurate, vibrant colors plus a bright, sharp and clean look. These images take a bit longer to photograph and process so there is an additional fee for this service.

Aerial, aka drone photography and video adds another dimension to your listing. The elevated, aerial view attracts attention to your listing.
Our Aerial Images are multi-exposure high dynamic range (HDR) images in jpg format. Images are sized at 2048 x 1536 pixels, a 4:3 (height:width) aspect ratio. If you prefer something different, please let us know in advance.
Due to FAA Regulations regarding airport, aerial photography/video is not available in all locations in the valley but it is available in most locations. If your listing is close to the airport, get in touch and we will let you know what we can do.

When it comes to real estate we can provide standard walk-through video, aerial drone video or a combination of both. Of course we will sync it to with the proper background music and sound to make your video pop!

With the purchase of a 3D virtual tour we can also offer a Schematic Floor Plans by Matterport at an additional cost. Floor Plans are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate however they are generally within 2-5%.
